Ordered Coconut water and ensure because I have health issues and it is pretty much all I can have right now. They where supposed to be delivered then got returned to warehouse because something was wrong with the item. Next day they delivered them, the entire side of the box tore off when I tried to lift it because it wa soaked, about half of both items had broken and leaked, the smell was sour rotten nasty. I contacted them and they wanted me to return them. I could not without a new box so asked them to send a replacement. and that I would need a label(I do not have a printer) and the driver must pick it up I do not drive. After waiting 10-15 minutes they say don't worry about sending back and they requested refund. Today I get this email, Thank you for contacting us about your order -----------. We're sorry for the issues you've had with this. We are unable to issue a refund, replacement (including specific pieces) or compensation for this order until the item is returned back in its original condition and packaging. You can simply start a return on your account for either return in store, return via shipping. You'll need to refer to your bank to dispute the charge(s) if you are unable to return item. Now I cannot get into my account it seems gone and I can't send the items back without a box. I have pictures of them being soaked and destroyed too. And for what it matters I used EBT because with my health I needed some help. And they want me to dispute the charges??? So I am out food items I needed badly and cannot buy more all because they can't package them correctly or the drivers can't not throw them around. I will never spend another dime at Walmart.
