Etrailer doesn't look out for you
Etrailer gave me the wrong information about the rails I ordered and I only found out after contacting the manufacturer for the product. They claimed they couldn't cancel my order because it was already processed (good thing they didn't since I didn't need to return THAT product), but I didn't receive shipping info for several more hours. Matthew from customer service ran me around in a circle about my rails, just to tell me to contact the manufacturer without letting me know that the hitch I bought wouldn't even work for my truck. Don't trust this company to look out for you as a customer or consumer. They give off the vibe that they can do whatever they want because they have some sort of monopoly on the market (not completely true). My next hitch I'm definitely buying straight from the manufacturer or Amazon.
