Terrible Pod delivery coordination.
The coordination of the delivery of the PODS at my point of origin and at the new home was terrible. Fortunately I was able to work with the driver at the point of origin to resolve the front end issues the same day. Unfortunately, one of my two PODs at my new home was 4 days late. I had to get a hotel room for my family and me for a couple of nights because my beds were in the POD that didn't show up. The automated messaging kept showing delays in delivery with no explanation as to why and then sudden rescheduling for the next day, only to find out the facility was closed on one of the days and they don't deliver that day. More frustrating was the countless time spent working with customer service to try and resolve the issues. I asked to speak to a manager due to all the issues and was on hold for about an hour before conceding to the wait. I will not use PODS again!
