DO NOT BUY HERE!!!
I ordered my keyboard LAST YEAR and still do NOT have a working one and the customer service is one of the worst I have ever experienced. I clearly advise AGAINST spending your money on products from AiheyStudio for several reasons! 1. Quality The Quality is okay-ish. The design and print of the keycaps is good but since the keyboard itself is a cheap, chinese frame, it has some very noticable flaws. The maximum brightness of the LEDs is rather disappointing and the transitions between colours is just not smooth. The keys have a very noticable wobble, especially the bigger keys like spacebar, shift and enter. Also the stabilizer are a catastrophe. I had to replace one almost every month since they kept jamming. It feels like this keyboard is rather a display item than built for use. If you are a gamer or use your keyboard alot then I think you should spend your money elsewhere. 2. Customer service (CS) Definitely the worse part of the two. I was not exaggerating, I ordered a Keyboard for around 130€ in late 2025 and to this day I do NOT have a working keyboard in hands. When the first keyboard arrived, I noticed that the LEDs were not working. I contacted the CS, explaining and there it started: incredibly long response times or I was ghosted completely. I explained the situation and instead of sending me a new one, I went into an almost 2 month-long back and forth. They asked me to reset the keyboard, try different connection methods etc. Something like this: Me: Hey, I think i have received a faulty product. The LEDs are not working. I tried using a cable and such. Them: Have you reset the keyboard? Me: No, how exactely do I reset it? Them: Press FN+Shift+ESC Me: Doesnt work Them: Did you turn the brightness up? Me: Yes, the keyboard is clearly broken so can I get a replacement? Them: Have you tried connecting it with a cable? Me: Yes...I told you I tried that Them: Then you should reset it Me: ...I did? We talked about it 2 Mails ago? Them: Sucks, we need proof of you trying to reset it. Mind that all of these messages were E-Mails and I had to wait up to 3 weeks for an answer once, since Lin was on "vacation". No notice, nothing. Funny enough, once I reported the case to PayPal, her vacation ended within the next 24hrs. After this torture, she finally agreed on sending me a replacement but it gets worse. I had to cover the shipping costs for the replacement keyboard. ...So I received a faulty product, had to put literally hours of my time into writing countless E-Mails and I still had to cover the costs. After patiently waiting another few weeks, the new keyboard arrived and now its the other way around. The LEDs are working but the keys do not register. I contacted them again and the same issues. I have to wait an incredible amount of time for replies or get ghosted completely. I was asked to contact them via Whatsapp for better communication. I texted them and the reply was: "You can switch the lighting using FN + the \ Key" with again instructions to reset the keyboard. I explained that before I had sent videos of me trying everything, that the new keyboard is not working AT ALL and that I am fed up with this. This message has been sent at the start of this month, I can see they read my message but chose not to reply. I really am speechless about this situation and that is why I took the time to write this very detailed review. During my research I found that I was definitely not the only one with these experiences, which is why I am still suspicious about the reviews on here. Most reviewer only have a single review...and that is a positive one about AiheyStudio. I cant prove anything, I just wanted to add it since it was a result of my research. Again, I clearly advise AGAINST buying here. Do not support a business like that. It hurts to say this since usually I really prefer supporting a small business rather than buying a product from a multi-billion dollar company. But in my eyes, AiheyStudio absolutely failed their job and one could argue that I have been scammed - in more than just one way.
