I took the time to nervously book tickets two days ago, and at the end when I thought it was done the website said it timed out. I didn't know if the payment actually went through, so I had to wait two days to make sure it wasn't on my credit card, and that it hasn't already been paid. That's why I didn't give 5 stars, being the inconvenience of taking up so much of my time.
