I was a Hungryroot customer for about five months. The food is pricey and often includes pre-cooked chicken. I have canceled my subscription because of a late delivery. I informed Hungryroot it was missing and explained to them that I could not be home to get the box of food. The food was delivered and sat in the hot New Mexico sun for over 36 hours before I convince my neighbor to bring in the food and try and save what food they could. Most of the food was spoiled and Hungry root did not refund anything to me. I do not recommend Hungryroot.
