Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Went with Phobio because their initial quote was the same as i received in the Apple store where they inspected the laptop in store. However later on they changed their quote to 20% of the initial quote! I am sure many people fall for the lower switch because they already sent their laptop in. Slimy way to do business. I will never deal with Phobio again and would never trust their initial quote to be honored.
