AKOOL charged me US$252 for a second annual plan only two months after my first US$252 annual payment I purchased AKOOL’s Pro 600 annual plan for US$252 on May 28, 2026. I later cancelled the service and accepted that my unlimited access would end. On July 25, AKOOL unexpectedly charged the same card another US$252 and created a new annual plan ending July 25, 2027. I did not initiate or approve a new purchase, and this could not have been a normal annual renewal because the previous annual payment was made less than two months earlier. I have not used the newly activated plan and have requested a full refund. I will update this post with AKOOL’s response and whether the money is returned.
