Caution - "On hold" Scam
Caution! You could get scammed just like I did. I used the "services" of this website for the first time. I paid properly, and everything went smoothly on that end. The money was deducted from my account immediately, but the credits I purchased on Moogold were never delivered. After a few hours, I checked again, only to see my purchase listed as "On hold" in the "Orders" section. Fair enough, I waited until the next day, but still nothing. I contacted their live chat support and provided my order number. They told me the issue was forwarded to the specialist team and that I would receive an email once the status changed. As of today, the status is still "On hold"—for 6 days now. During one of our interactions, I asked for a refund since I didn't receive what I paid for. Their response was that a refund cannot be issued while the order is under investigation and that the review must be completed first. When I asked how long that might take, they said they couldn't provide any timeframe. Bottom line: You buy something, they take your money immediately, put your order "On hold," conduct an "investigation," refuse a refund because of it, and do so with no timeframe whatsoever—meaning indefinitely. In my book, this is a textbook example of a SCAM!
