DO NOT BUY ONLINE SCAMMERS
I did an order for two rug bathmats, one shower curtain and one towel hook, the towel hook came faulty so it took weeks for CS to resolve and they convinced me to buy another just for that to be faulty too - this towel hook is impossible to return as it says you have to contact customer service which I’ve tried so so many times on WhatsApp and never getting a response before the AI responder loops again now it’s outside of 30 days and they won’t let me even try to return it even though you can clearly see I was 1) having to wait for them to investigate the fault and 2) trying to return it over and over again - not to mention both the bath mats and the curtains got delayed in delivery by months DO NOT BUY
