Tech support takes a long time
The products we purchased are good enough. The problem is with their instructions--they are horrible. And if you call for help you don't get any answers, you have to wait 12-24 hours for someone to email you. Once you hear from the email they want you to take pictures and video of your problem and email it back to them. God only knows how long it will take to get back to you after that. On top of that their customer service that answers the phone either do not speak good English or are very rude. We will not be purchasing their products if that is how they help you.
