Ignoring my return/refund after size issue
Buyer beware with this company. If anything goes wrong it’s on you. I wrote in advance about sizing for some clothing I was interested in. They state to order 2 sizes larger than normal. I was advised on the size to order through email, after sending some measurements, so I ordered. I am normally XL in the U.S. Occasionally I go for 2XL. They advised I order 4XL according to my measurements. I cannot even get into the clothing it is so small for me. Now they ignore me to return it and get a refund. Who does business like this especially with clothing that clearly has sizing issues?? I recommend to stay clear of any company like this. They’ll take your money and whatever you get you’re stuck with. UPDATE: They finally got back to me about a day after this review. They want to blame me even though I sent my measurements and they advised the size to order. They initially agreed to refund minus the $35 shipping and another $12 tax. When I went to ship the package I was told the shipping cost is between $300-$400 (USPS or UPS). I wrote to let them know and asked them if they can set me up with their shipper that cost them $35. They said don’t do that. I also contacted their shipper which said they Id have to go through the merchant, who already refused. Then they offered to refund 10% without sending the items back. “10% discount refund on the items will be $16.32USD and no need to return the items to us.” The items cost $174. That’s their “no-hassle return policy”.
