I purchased an orthopedic pillow over two weeks ago, and my order still hasn’t arrived. I contacted customer service, and they initially responded by asking me to wait another 1–2 business days for the tracking information to update. Since then, I haven’t received any further updates. I’ve sent multiple follow-up emails, but they have not responded to any of them. At this point, it feels like I’ve been completely ghosted, and I’m very disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service.
