Awful awful experience
Awful awful experience. Two different cassette shapes, inconsistent stories from factory to customer service, 2 weeks and still nothing is resolved. Never again. Supervisor was supposed to call me back yesterday after a committment they would. Nothing. CSR said they would give me updates after each time I called - nothing. Absolutely incompetent csr and staff. Larger cassette size does not mean different shape and they are refusing refund. What an absolute trash company - fraudulent.
