All their est shipping times fake and dont exist, all those reviews are fake
CJ quotes YunExpress Ordinary to the UK at 4–7 days. Here's what that means in practice.
Eleven orders placed between 12 and 19 September. Not one delivered. Six of them still read "Label created. Warehouse is processing this order. Please wait in patience" on CJ's own dashboard — the oldest of those was placed ten days ago and hasn't been packed yet. Not stuck in customs, not delayed by the carrier. Not packed.
What makes this worse than slow is that CJ pushes a tracking number into Shopify the second the label is generated. My customers got "your order has shipped" emails for parcels that were still sitting in a Chinese warehouse a week later. CJ's delay turned into my store lying to its own customers. I'm refunding goods CJ never dispatched and carrying the chargeback risk for it.
My agent has gone silent. No handover dates, no explanation. "Please wait in patience" isn't a fulfilment service, it's a stalling script.
If you're building a real business on CJ, know what you're buying: an advertised 4–7 day line that in practice is a label printer with a warehouse attached. Hold them to the number and they'll tell you to be patient.
You will lose your momentum with them and they are worthy of the redflag in trustpilot, cuz all those reviews are fake

Gave 3 attempts, hoping I see improvement. It got worst
So I came back after a while because i like their website and connectivity to shopify. However, you know what matters? your fulfillment and the speed they claim they are capable of !!!
They claim 4-6 days delivery, 1-3 days to process (80% of orders). Let me tell you something, 60% of my order take up to 5-7 to be processed. sometimes I noticed orders forgotten while two weeks later.
You can find another reviews for me below, The only reason I am resending this review, I got a chargeback which claims I am fraudulent. Well I am not, but I am mistaken to give them another attempt.
Btw, they source bad quality product which would lead to a refund, when you try to claim a thing from them. They say if its not faulty, then we are out of it and you deserve nothing.
Trustpilot it is a well known, honest review gateway. Apparently they are flagged for a reason and it seems they are buying reviews.
Well teemdrop, your website and whatever you claim you are capable of is great. but you know what can be better??? Focusing on delivering whatever you claiming.
Do not be like, other factors or third parties involvement caused this and that, basically take off those claims and do not cause harm to other businesses because they will use those claims!!!

The 80% of processing rate (1-3) days…
The 80% of processing rate (1-3) days is a scam and untrue. I assigned to my website 2-4 days processing and they are not even meeting that.
In results, chargeback and waste of adspend. if you cannot fulfill with the given time, it is better to declare that so us as ecom store owners, we can state the exact timing to avoid chargebacks.
The platform looks so decent and if only the fulfill in the given timeline, it would be so decent.
I do have two order from, 12 days marked as received message and they have not even got the item yet.
this is truly unfair for business owners and you ruining their efforts.
