Additional options are scam
They sold me a flexticket for an additional 50€. When I wanted to put it to use they told me I have one but I can't use it because I already had the first leg of my flight. I specifically booked it for the second leg as an additional option and neither in there nor the airlines terms it's stated that I can't use it after the first leg. I asked them for clarification and the paragraph but since then got ghosted by them.
