Let me start by saying that this 3D printer is just awesome! but like every machine sometimes you run into problems, mine was the motherboard of machine I contacted Qidi about the problem and Emma was super helpful. The best thing about this company is their costumer service.Emma send me the motherboard for free I didn't have to pay anything so now I'm back to printing again!!!!
