I approached BHG while looking for a debt-consolidation loan that would improve my monthly cash flow. From my first interaction through to funding, everyone I dealt with was responsive and professional. I would particularly like to recognize my loan officer, Michael David, who was excellent throughout the process. He was knowledgeable, patient, and thorough, and explained the loan amount, terms, costs, and proposed plan very clearly. At one point I got cold feet and delayed moving forward. Michael David never pressured me. Instead, he patiently went through everything with me again, answered my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with my decision. He was also proactive in letting me know whenever BHG was waiting for information or action from me, which helped keep the process moving. Although everyone at BHG did a great job, Michael David’s patience and professionalism stood out.
