Finding, moving errant external transfer
I had an external transfer go into a UFB checking account that I did not know (or remember?) that I had. I was pleasantly surprised that customer service rep Harshit was able to move the money to the correct account (subject to completion on the next business day). This was easier than I anticipated. Good job, Harshit!
