De facto Ban on Repairs
While the Proform Hiit trainer is quite good when it works, it requires repairs with heavy use. And that's the main problem: spare parts are 10 times more expensive, making repairs unfeasible. The main issue is with the two axes, which cost $170 and $130, respectively. That's almost a third of the cost of the trainer. After the warranty expires, after the first breakdown, it’s easier to throw it away.
