Return policy is a farce
Returns within 30 days of purchase is a lie. Customer service haggles with you over how much they want to give you back and they threaten/scare you with exorbitant shipping fees back to Hong Kong when the shipment origin was within the United States. Nothing gets to me from Hong Kong in 3 days. Will never shop with them again.
