Bad refund mail and CS team solving skills
I was accidentally press wrong button when the site only told me buy midi 14.000vnd, but instead i clicked wrong to the 35~50.000vnd. And I was charged into 3month sub with 300.000 vnd, I cannot cancel right away and after that, I was charged into Pro+. The mail assume me that I want to become a membership when I was not! At first there was John and Sofia contact and ok with refund, but after that Alex contact said not ok, but I already received a full refund bill from musescore. I try to ask Alex more explain and only accept 100%refund, they ignore me. Up until this morning, I could find John and Sofia mail, but around in the afternoon, seems like they recall John and Sofia mails conversations with me. This is disrespectful to customers and their works is like a joke, when Alex wrote wrong date I clicked (25th Jul is correct, Alex wrote that May 11th = > ridiculous) For more detail review, please read at my post on reddit, I posted all on reddit: find Imaginary-Arm4177 on r/Musescore sub Updated: 27th Jul 2026 I DO NOT ACCEPT THIS KIND OF ANSWER, as I told, Alex from your support team as been ignore my mail and refuse to assitnand answers my mail! I have captured all and record, even on this site to see how a joke you guys working! You guys sent me full refund bill first and then recall, told it not ok to have refund! I have the bill and you're guys comments. It the 3rd day of refund request and it really seems like Alex support team of yours is prolong the request over 14days, do not told me im over reacted, it is because you guys charged me the thing i didn't want to! I do hope someone would sue them
