Excellent customer service
Dosaze’s customer service is exceptional. Although the neck pillow didn’t work for me, they were willing to exchange it for another product. I opted to return it, and they encouraged me to gift or donate it. They are a sustainable company and this alleviates the cost of transportation for a return. I will definitely be purchasing from them again in the future.
