Product was advertised as 39% off which is WRONG
Product was advertised as 39% off of a $284 MSRP being sold for $172. However, the garment I received was hang tagged by the brand for $198. So their 39% off sale was actually only 13% off. Given they are ALL SALES FINAL, that difference in discount is significant as they will not take returns
