Fixed now
I recently deposited money into shadowpay, only to immediately encounter the error message "Purchasing items is unavailable now." Because of this error, I am completely locked out of my deposit with no way to purchase items or withdraw my money. Customer support has completely gone silent with no response, and there is zero ETA or transparency on when or if this will be resolved. Looking around online, there are dozens of other users experiencing the exact same issue with identical bad reviews across Reddit and other platforms. Until this is officially resolved and users regain access to their funds, I strongly advise everyone to stay away and do not use this platform. update: page is now fixed and transactions are working but still the possibility of deposit with core of the website down is something I can’t understand
