I bought two X7 units. One is good, another one had an issue with the dust cup. Customer service got back to me fast and shipped out a new dust cup right away. They even threw in an extra roller brush as a courtesy. The service was quick and professional. That said, the replacement had to ship from overseas, so it took about ten days to arrive. For that reason, I'm giving four stars.
