Avoid this hotel. Check in with the virtual assistant / remote assistant wasn't very smooth. Hotel room was grimy with dust on most surfaces. There was blood on the sheets of one of our beds. Let the front desk staff know this and they got me new sheets, tried to play it off as this is common at the hotel and said one of the maids must have bled on it on accident. Disgusting. The room is extremely small, with the two beds touching the walls, including one bed butted up against the air conditioner, which didn't work well, with only about 1 ft between the two beds. We were given less than one roll of toilet paper for a a three-day, two-night stay. No cleaning service during the day and when I asked about it because we needed new towels, I was told they're too busy to service occupied rooms. Homeless were in the parking lot, going through cars at night. Ice machine didn't work for most of the stay. Location was about the only thing that was good. Shopping is close by with several good restaurants. Even for being a more economical hotel, I'll pay the extra for better quality, better service, and even a better location.
