Many AutoShip problems
I saw that the AutoShip for Trifexis (APH-02409250) was canceled, got it back through email discussion. Then I was emailed that my vet couldn't be reached, but they had previously oked this med that is for heartworm and flea protection. My dog needs it monthly and she was going several days without. Customer Care told me by phone that it would be sent by 2 day delivery, but I didn't receive it by that time. It was finally received on Aug 10. I'm very disappointed with customer care and general service. I may have to find another provider.
