Unethical Business Model
Scumbag company - intentionally hides that you are signing up for a ridiculously expensive subscription. Bough a couple of sheet piano partitions for my son online only to find a recurring $47.99 fee for "premium" subscription (whatever the that gives me). I'm sure many have been scammed (I know my ex got scammed the same way a week later). So this company managed to scam almost $100 so that we could get two or three scores for our son. If you look at the reviews, this deceptive approach has been going on for years - this is clearly the company's unethical business model. I initiated a refund request via the Chatbot (is it possible to communicate with a real person?). Will update with result (or lack thereof). Update: they refused my refund request.
