Customer service support (MHYCA)responded very quickly. I had a question regarding the difficulty in releasing the pump for both of the conditioner bottles I purchased. Mhyca literally answered within 5-10 minutes and assisted me with my request, and continued correspondence until it was resolved. Excellent service.
