Delivery is unsuccessful then missing
Delivery is unsuccessful - Our Ninja was at location, but could not reach the recipient This is the normal message. After that your package will take forever to be delivered. This has happened to me for several times. Calling Customer Service is not an easy task. Their AI web chat makes it worst. Now when I see a merchant / seller using Ninja Van as a service, I would rather buy from somewhere else. This will save be tons of headaches.
