Excellent product and service
I am delighted with my neck travel pillow! It took a minute to figure out how to adjust it properly, but once I did, I found it’s just as I hoped. I am confident it is going to make long trips far more pleasant. I also inadvertently placed two orders, and I was extremely pleased with the way customer service handled my problem. I have had some unfortunate experiences with other online companies, and this was very much the exception with excellent service.
