AVOID, if I could give them a zero I would! My AirAsia flight was cancelled, and I requested a cash refund. I was told over the phone by an Airpaz customer service representative that the only way to receive a cash refund was to first accept an e-voucher, and that once I received the voucher email there would be a link allowing me to convert it into a cash refund. I specifically asked for this to be confirmed in writing because I wanted reassurance, but my requests were repeatedly avoided. Trusting what I had been told over the phone, I accepted the voucher. When the voucher arrived, there was no link and no option to request a cash refund. Airpaz then changed their position and simply referred me to their Terms and Conditions, stating that refunds are issued as e-vouchers.
