I never received my package
I never received my package. I ordered my goods on July 13th and I never got an update past July 14th. It said my package was delivered to a local FedEx collection facility in Indianapolis (where my delivery location is). However, it’s been stuck at the collection facility since the 14th of July with no further updates. The FedEx tracking number is 61290367906336033684. I’ve tried to reach out to UGREEN multiple times and have sent over 5-6 emails regarding my order (Order #56187). I never heard anything back until two days ago (July 25th) and it was customer support saying it was delivered. I confirmed with them it wasn’t and I didn’t receive any package from UGREEN or FedEx. I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed in the service I’ve received from UGREEN. No customer service phone line or an easy way to contact the company to try and figure out my order. I spent over a $100 USD on these goods and now they’re either lost or just won’t ever get to me. I won’t be ordering anything directly from UGREEN on their website again. Very disappointed and not happy I lost my order and money.
