My husband and I are ordering blinds for our new house and worked with a design consultant over the phone. Skylar (the consultant) was wonderful! Skylar helped update measurements in a saved cart, answered all my questions about different products and installation decisions, and guided me through measuring for an outdoor solar shade. This clarity, knowledge, and patience made the ordering process very easy!
