Karina and Waterdrop are superb
Karina was absolutely wonderful. I bought a filter that didn't come with the correct connector piece I needed to attach to my sink pipes. This was not their fault; I'm the one with weird kitchen connector sizes haha. I called the customer service number and I was speaking to somebody within 5 minutes. They offered to reimburse me for purchasing a connector piece, which, again, they didn't have to do. They were always very quick to reply to my emails as well and made sure I was taken care of. I truly felt so valued and cared for. I will always recommend waterdrop for any filtration needs. Once again, Karina was who helped me, and they were phenomenal. So, so grateful to have gotten this experience. You don't have companies who truly seem to care about their clients anymore, and waterdrop and Karina made sure I never felt anything less than a queen.
