Ordered 1 no-drill blind for a starter
Ordered 1 no-drill blind for a starter. Their website promises fast order fulfillment. Not true. I was trying to install a blind in a new window prior to guests arriving. The promise of fast turn around was actually a week and a half. First, no order acknowledgement, and no receipt. When I tried to contact customer service they played dumb as if they didn't know about my order and kept asking for the order number, name, email etc. even though they never provided an order number. After several attempts to get the right parts by providing pictures of the incorrect parts and a description of the problem they played dumb as if there was no record of my purchase. Funny after a month of no help saying there was no record I received a text with an order number asking for a review. I would recommend staying away from this company. Zero customer service and poor products.
