Horrible Customer Service and Policies
Love the products but their customer service support is awful!!! Recently purchased 4 shirts at 50% off and only 2 arrived. Weeks have gone by. Still missing the other 2 shirts. Called twice and hung on for 30 minutes each time. No one answered. Then emailed. No reply. Finally called again today and was told that the shirts are out of stock and since I bought them on sale and the sale is over, they will not ship me the shirts. Sorry but that policy is just plain WRONG AND UNETHICAL. They should HONOR what a customer purchased at the price they purchased it for. I’m furious and incredibly disappointed in how they handle these situations. I hope someone from Coolibar with policy making authority will read this review and revise that incredibly unfair policy. Also, given the existing policy, they should have automatically credited my card for the price of the shirts that I was never going to receive!!! Truly bogus. I will go elsewhere for sun protective clothing. They just lost a longtime customer.
