This was my first order from OGL and it will not be my last. I purchased several pieces and they were made with great quality. I did have a couple pieces that just weren’t the right size for me and the refund/exchange process was EXCELLENT! Lucia was very helpful. I was able to “exchange” a couple pieces without actually exchanging them! Lucia allowed me to keep the items I needed a new size in and order 2 new items of the same price for only a small shipping fee. The customer service is next level! In addition, I also received a 20% off coupon for my next order. I look forward to buy more comfortable and flattering pieces in the future!
