Horrible claims experience!!!
My son had an accident where he was hit from behind by an Amica insured driver. I’ve been trying to get the claim taking care of and the Claim Representative has never answered one call from me. I spoke with a few other reps and always get different answers and they are never right. One rep finally helped me and said an adjuster would come out (I was told I wouldn’t need an adjuster!) with in a day or two. The adjuster never even called me. This is a strait forward accident. This shouldn’t be so hard. The only good thing that came from all this is I now know to NEVER use Amica for any of my needs. I can’t trust their claims at all!!!! I know my son needs a rental car but I cannot trust that they will really pay for it and I don’t want to be stuck with that bill! I will be telling everyone I know how horrible this process has been. I’m just happy he wasn’t hurt I can’t even imagine how hard that would be! He has minor damage 2-3k worth. Get your crap together Amica.
