I’ve had Amica for years. I had a Mika on my house and vehicles when I lived in Massachusetts. I did have a claim and was very satisfied with how it was handled. I now live in Maine and have continued with Amica for my condo and car. I am finding that Amica‘s rates are high and I will probably be doing some comparison shopping in the near future.

I have been with Amica around 35 years and wouldn’t consider another company. They provide excellent customer service and were very responsive to the few claims I filed.

you are becoming too expensive. We have been insured with Amica for 50 years, and we appreciate your service and claims handling (although we have never had a HO claim, we have had several property damage auto claims). However, your competitors' pricing is so much lower that we may, reluctantly consider moving to another company

this is a great company to work with had them for 40 + years. we had home owners policy now tenants policy and car insurance on two vehicles. Great rates very easy to get a hold of someone when needed fast & efficient when putting in claims. Very happy with their service!

Amica was right there when I needed them this year.
We originally chose Amica because of the company's reputation: quality of products, financial stability AND excellent customer service. Since then (many years) every interaction with the company has been very good. My husband recently died and I downsized to a new state. Amica was a great help in switching things over, making sure I had the forms I needed for all of home/auto sales and related transactions. They also made sure I was neither under- nor over-insured for auto, liability, home, etc.

Premium increased despite my claims this year being circumstances outside of my control. On top of that, I still had to pay my deductibles despite not being at fault. I understand premiums can change, but it is frustrating to keep paying more while bearing costs for claims that were no fault of my own. Very disappointing—so much for insurance.

I've been a customer for over 25 years for home, auto. They have been consistently easy to work with and helpful. When I've had insurance reimbursement claims they've been there for me when needed.

I only have been with Amica for two years and I appreciate the way they do business. They give me a chance to actually decrease the cost of my insurance which puts them ahead everybody else. Usually, other companies raise the cost of home and car insurance by at least 20% every year even though i am retired and drive less than 50 miles/week.

We have been with Amica Insurance since 1967 for Auto and Home insurance. Every phone call has been responsive with courtesy and promptness in followup on the issue or claim. Every claim has been handled with professionalism and efficiency. The website is easy to navigate for self help or information. Roof injured during wind burst so solar panels had to be removed, roof inspected and new shingles to replace two old layers and then solar panels reinstalled. Paid a deductible and Amica took care of the rest communicating with myself and the roofing company. Grateful the job was completed before winter arrived.

We have received quick and complete service for many years from Amica. The only reason the rating isn't a 5-Star rating is out of frustration with rising premiums and smaller dividend payments over the years. That has been true of all insurance companies, especially in the last dozen years.
We haven't had major homeowners/auto claims in all those years, but each claim was paid fully and quickly. That is appreciated.
