Buying Insurance is hard but both of these fellows,Jedidiah & Mark @ the Mark 'Cat' Keller Agency made it very much easier & were great to work with. Both of these fellows were very patient with us & our many questions answered very kindly which we appreciated very much! We will definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for Insurance!
We experienced an amazing number of careless mistakes on multiple attempts to get the application for insurance correct. Multiple times they sent us a DocuSign version that was riddled with mistakes—I mean like over a dozen mistakes -- and then had the gall to tell us that they weren't allowed to make changes in it and we had to sign it as is. It was infuriating and wasted an enormous amount of our time. We got a policy somewhere else.
Our agent was very good and did an excellent job of evaluating our insurance needs. He also identified some areas that needed better/higher coverage. We are still paying less than we were with our previous company even though we have better coverage.
