Gabi at the Lassen Agency with American Family Insurance was fantastic to work with. She was extremely responsive and very consultative throughout the entire process. I always felt like she had my best interests in mind and was focused on making sure I had the right coverage, not just the cheapest option.
She explained all of the coverages in a way that was simple and easy to understand, and put together multiple package options so I could clearly see the cost differences and savings between them. She was able to reduce both my home and auto rates while keeping (and even improving) my protection, which I really appreciated.
Overall, I’d highly recommend Gabi and the Lassen Agency to anyone looking for an insurance agent who is responsive, transparent, and truly customer-focused.

First time customer ~ pleased with first experience!
As a first time customer, my experiences with Mitch Cohen and his boss John Palladino have overall been quite good. Glad I moved away from the previous agent I had at Goosehead Insurance where they held my Safeco (turned Liberty Mutual) automobile insurance policy. Definitely saving money and feeling listened to, thus far, with Palladino Insurance!

Website was reasonably easy to use, but with a question I contacted your rep Evelyn Wright. She was wonderful: patient, competent and professional. Seemed to really care. When I ran into a subsequent issue, your agent Alan Ceisel, was equally as wonderful on the Friday before Fourth of July. Your people are even better than your website.

I keep having to call them to fix my policy. They must have entered my information wrong.The first two times. The third time is because they dropped a discount that I was supposed to have. I hope I don't have to call every month to get it fixed.

My agent Stacee is very good professioanl and knowledde. Have used her agency since 2005. The rate is very competitive and selected Am Fam for its aclaimed service.
The supposed inspection to "verify" is total nonsense and unnecessary, especially where over 45 photos and a marketing youtube video has been posted showing every detail and plans of a completely custom home exist on the internet. The inspector photographed the garage disposal - "really". Seems senseless and a waste of time and money.
