The refill return is wonderful but…
The refill return is wonderful and I use it for my returns. The issue that I have is that twice I have been charged for not returning the empty cylinders. Both times, I opened a ticket and the issue was resolved promptly and a refund was issued. The customer service reps responding to my complaint were great, I just feel that if they have computer systems tracking the returns, there should not be problems in the first place. Especially when they tagged non-returns for the same shipment. But, I will give then leeway, for now.
