Great Company for Rental Property Loans!
Jon (loan Manager) was very helpful when we had an issue and even call me back when he was on vacation. Than, I received a call from the regional manager (yes, I was surprised). We had scheduled a closing for 7/27/26 after a few bumps in the road and LendingOne got it done! I also received a call from Kizziah (Processing Coordinator) to follow up on some of the bumps we had had. I am very impressed with the team in getting this done. I am a licensed Builder/Developer in Utah and will use LendingOne again on my 4 plexes and houses I am working on. Thanks again for all the help LendingOne!! The roads are not always smooth and always has a few bumps in it. Its the good followup and letting a good customer know "You Do Care" and resolving the issue quickly that makes the difference in my book. Until the next one's!!
