AVOID THIS SERVICE!!! ❌❌❌❌❌ I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves one. From the moment we (my partner and I) placed our first order, nothing went as expected. The initial delivery arrived with spoiled food, making it unusable. Trying to get help only made things worse. Reaching customer support was incredibly difficult, and when someone finally responded, the issue was never properly addressed. The biggest problem came after signing up for the membership. Within days, two separate meal deliveries were processed, leaving us with approximately $380 in unexpected charges. We contacted the company several times to dispute the charges and request a refund, but despite all our efforts, the money has not been returned. Between the spoiled food, poor communication, billing issues, and lack of accountability, this has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences we’ve had. We cannot recommend this company and will not be using their service again.
