I requested a refund and surpassed the date for the refund yet still SENT IT BACK!! BUT HEARTLAND KEPT MY MONEY EVEN THOUGH THEY RECEIVED THEIR PRODUCT BACK. UNDAMAGED, COMPLETE & REFUSED TO MAKE THIS RIGHT.!!! SO I'VE TRIED TO CALL, GET HUNG UP ON SO THIS COMPANY IS FUD
