It was a little bit ruffled ride at first. The company that Cinch had to fix my AC unit was not what I needed in the 1st Tech that came out and that went down hill fast. After working through a lot of emails, Wendy stepped in and right the ship. The next Tech came out and don’t laugh but my AC unit was wired wrong from the beginning. First floor damper cooling the second floor and second floor cooling the first floor. They got it fixed and then Wendy made a call to me making sure that I was satisfied. Thanks Wendy !!!
