Great Customer Service
Echo was extremely detailed and responsive to my questions. I was very satisfied with the level of customer service both in communication and action. Due to a slight unforeseen delay in the manufacturing process my order was delayed by a couple weeks. The company offered a goodwill discount applied directly to my account without me prompting - I found this unique it todays market. Would definitely recommend this company.
