Netspend card services ran me through the ringer for 6 days asking all these different ways to verify our address,with bills they told us to use then wouldn't except them.so 6 days of this back in forth email crap I finally was fed up and told them just return the money and they told us no because they couldn't verify the address.i am very disappointed with the wait time of 40 minutes to speak to a representative that was no help at all.i dont recommend netspend to my worst enemy.
